Learning
At The Gingerbread House, the child comes first. We take pride in not only providing for their physical and emotional needs, but for their developmental needs as well. Our curriculum was created for its balance between both teacher-directed and child-initiated learning. It is our goal to help the children develop the passion for learning that they will carry with them throughout their life. The Gingerbread House uses a weekly theme based curriculum that is designed to foster social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development and to enhance learning in literacy, math, science, social studies, and the arts. This allows the teachers to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate, content-rich program for children of all backgrounds and skill levels that is constantly matching the interests of the students. Please be sure to look for the weekly lesson plans hanging in the classrooms.
All three of my children have went to The Gingerbread House over the past 12 years and I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The staff are super friendly and go above a beyond for the kiddos. The facility is always clean and has a cozy/fun atmosphere. They have always been super reliable. Most importantly I know my children have always been safe in their care. I would recommend this daycare time and time again.
The best daycare around, my 3 sons went here for quite some time. They are the absolute best. ❤️ Highly recommend.
They are a really nice place to take your kids they really care for them.

Our first annual Trunk-or-Treat was a success. Being are first one we didn’t know what to expect and definitely will makes changes where needed but overall it seemed like everyone had a great time. We can’t thank our wonderful staff enough for all the hardwork they put in to decorating their cars and taking time to be there this evening. We also want to give a huge thank you to one of our grandparent’s Richard Dyer for bringing his food truck out, everyone raved about how delicious the food was! Finally, thank you to our families for taking the time to come out and spend their Friday evening with us. We can’t wait to do it again next year ... See MoreSee Less
